This is first time for me to join this event and very interested and also happy because of my present here is due to a long lasting friendship and cooperation with between community of Sant’egidio which is International Organization to who may belong and Muhammadiyah.

is first time for me to join this event and very interested and also happy
because of my present here is due to a long lasting friendship and cooperation
with between community of Sant’egidio which is International Organization to who
may belong and Muhammadiyah. Sant’egidio is one of Catholic Organization. As
Pak Din Syamsuddin said we had sign the MoU and we are cooperating for be same
consolidation in Filipino and also for interfaith dialog and I think this is
very important because in this contemporary world we need to live together, to
get together, even our differences, but differences do not mean that we are far
away from another that we cannot to get together, differences as Al-Quran says
is a richness of the world and we enjoy this is long and that's why I am very
happy to be here and I think that i really wish Muhammadiyah continuing this
process of enlarging is a interest not only to Indonesia to all world because
we really need in this stage peaceful, modern, and moderate Islam as Muhammadiyah
propagates and I am from Italy and here in Muktamar we are just two.
